An established, design-driven architecture and engineering practice in Kalispell is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to lead complex projects, mentor emerging talent, and elevate design and operational excellence across diverse assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases—from initial concept and contracting to design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
Oversee project financial performance, including fee development, budget tracking, invoicing, and earned-value analysis.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
Ensure technical quality and design integrity while aligning deliverables with client goals and expectations.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and trusted leadership.
Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture or Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the building design and construction industry.
Professional licensure (Architect or Professional Engineer) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; NCARB certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and strategic prioritization abilities.
Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam, with the ability to leverage technology for collaboration and project efficiency.
