We are not looking for relocations at this time. Candidates must live in the Dallas – Fort Worth area.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities and qualifications

– Must be very skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and be able to learn financial software quickly

– Able to build financial models, make comparisons, provide data driven insights, and report your findings.

– Able to assist with annual budgets, forecasting,

– Strong background in finance from either hospitality or construction background.

– Monitor actual performance against budget and analyze/ report

– Must be a collaborative, able to partner and support, but also be entrepreneurial and self-driven

– 2 years’ experience in finance/ financial analysis in the construction or hospitality industry.

– Strong knowledge of accounting, and valuation

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

– Able to stay organized and meet deadlines. Excellent recording keeping ability.

– Promote and live a positive workplace culture. Excellent communication skills.

Financial Analyst Preferred Background and Skills

– Track record of detailed reporting and scenario analysis

– Out of the box thinking, able to creatively find ways to present/find data that is detailed and easy to comprehend.

– Experience in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to a changing need

– Comfortable presenting your work to senior leaders.

– Experience and track record of compliance with regulations, internal and external.
