We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine to take the helm of our fine dining culinary program in Jacksonville, FL. This is a rare opportunity for a chef with vision, creativity, and grit to leave a lasting mark on the city’s dining scene.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of kitchen operations with precision, energy, and consistency
  • Drive culinary excellence through innovative, seasonal menus designed to captivate and inspire
  • Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team that shares your passion for excellence
  • Build efficient systems for execution, quality control, and consistency under pressure
  • Collaborate with FOH and beverage leaders to create unforgettable, holistic guest experiences
  • Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships with a sharp business acumen
  • Set and enforce uncompromising standards of cleanliness, safety, and discipline

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in fine dining
  • Strong presence on the hot line with a hands-on leadership style
  • Track record of creating inventive menus paired with thoughtful beverage programs
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, and retain talented culinary professionals
  • Deep knowledge of high-end cuisine, wine pairings, and Michelin-level standards
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Relentless drive, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries
  • Culinary Degree
