🌟 What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently great food
Manage daily kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
Control food costs, ordering, and inventory
Train, coach, and develop cooks and kitchen staff
Work closely with the management team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

What We’re Looking For:

Previous kitchen management or lead cook experience (full service preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for food quality and teamwork
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
