Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead area)
Work Arrangement: In-office 4 days per week

Position Overview
The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its busy practice. This role offers meaningful courtroom experience, consistent client interaction, and a defined path for advancement within a collegial, mid-sized team environment.
You’ll manage a diverse caseload involving property-related disputes and collections matters while developing client and management company relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of approximately 250–300 matters (mix of active and dormant files)
- Manage litigation from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, and garnishments
- Conduct court appearances and represent clients in high-volume settings
- Communicate directly with homeowners, clients, and opposing counsel
- Build and maintain relationships with property management companies and other referral sources
- Meet annual billable expectations (1,680 hours) while maintaining strong client service standards
Ideal Background
- 2–7 years of litigation experience preferred
- Attorneys from Solicitor, DA, or Public Defender offices are encouraged to apply — experience managing heavy caseloads and interacting with diverse parties translates well
- Backgrounds in bankruptcy, credit, or consumer collections litigation also align well
- Demonstrated tenure and commitment in prior roles; stability and professionalism are key
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus annual performance-based bonus
