Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities
- Can drive operational excellence and company profitability

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
- Must have 3-5 years as a salaried restaurant General Manager
- Experience leading a team of salaried managers
- Restaurant volume experience of $8-$10 million and up in a full-service setting
- Must have full-service restaurant with bar background
- Must be focused on People, Hospitality, and have Integrity
