Cafe General Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications:

3 years of GM experience in a restaurant or cafe environment, including hiring and training responsibilities
Proven track record of financial management (cost controls, sales growth, profit growth)
Experience in hospitality technology platforms (7shifts,Toast, inventory management, or similar)
Proficient in managing third-party platforms and multiple revenue streams (dine-in, take-out, delivery, pickup, catering)
Coffee experience is a plus!

Cafe General Manager Preferred Background + Skills:

Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
