RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

Full-service restaurant manager with at least three years in a high-volume corporate structure
Track record of strong leadership with some previous General Manager experience
Good work tenure, no more than three jobs in the last five years
Experience working in an upbeat full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales
Must have at least $4 MM sales volume experience
The training program will be away from your home market for up to 8 weeks

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff
P&L responsibilities
Hands-on team leader
Conflict resolution
Develops and implements business strategies that are aligned with the company's brand standards
