Floor Manager (Facilities) Benefits/Compensation:

  • Salary: $65,000-75,000

Floor Manager (Facilities) Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Strong attention to detail: Ensures the property is pristine and well-maintained
  • Coordinates maintenance staff and cleaning teams (team of 15-20)
  • Responsible for ordering supplies and managing facilities projects
  • Ensures water temperature, lighting, laundry, and overall cleanliness meet high standards
  • Experience in hospitality facility management or general maintenance oversight
  • Hands-on and proactive problem-solving skills
