An innovative healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide personalized primary care in a premier corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including physicals, screenings, and acute and chronic condition management.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and prescribe medications.
• Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active New York State PA or NP license.
• 5+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Patient-focused approach with an interest in personalized, preventive care.
