Upscale Restaurant Manager Opportunity in Columbus, GA!
Are you looking to join a growing local restaurant group known for quality and success? We are seeking an experienced full-service Manager to join one of our upscale casual concepts and our growing team.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Daily operations for the front of the house, with a focus on quality and consistency
- Guest satisfaction is our top priority!
- Strong leadership able to uphold standards and hold everyone accountable
- Train, develop, and communicate effectively
- Effectively lead the team proactively and anticipate potential issues befroe they arise
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3 + years of relevant full-service experience
- Possess an ownership mentality and manage teams while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Full-service restaurant experience managing at least $2.5 million in annual sales
- Big energy, a positive attitude, and creative ideas in hospitality.
