  • Hospitality-First Mindset: A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, building relationships, and maintaining consistently high service standards.
  • Team Development: Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, mentor, and retain talented team members while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor management, reservations, service execution, and quality control.

  • Leadership Presence: A hands-on, approachable management style with the ability to lead by example, make sound decisions under pressure, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership.
  • Standards & Compliance: Current TIPs and ServSafe certifications, or the ability to obtain them as required.

You’ll oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, maintain exceptional service standards, and create an environment where team members feel supported and guests feel genuinely welcomed.

You’ll also help strengthen the beverage program through staff training, thoughtful wine and beverage recommendations, and a commitment to product knowledge and responsible service. Working closely with ownership and the leadership team, you’ll help build systems, reinforce the restaurant’s identity, and support the successful launch and continued growth of new concepts.

If you’re a people-first leader with strong operational instincts, a passion for hospitality, and a love of food and beverage, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow with an ambitious restaurant group.
