A growing, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a concierge-style primary care practice focused on preventive and longevity medicine.

Certified Medical Assistant – Key Responsibilities

• Support physicians with exams, patient intake, and clinical documentation
• Perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, and diagnostic sample collection
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and follow-up care
• Assist with member onboarding and medical record management
• Deliver high-touch, personalized patient service

Qualifications

• Active California CMA certification
• 2+ years of experience in primary care, concierge medicine, or a similar setting
• Strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Comfortable with EHR systems and digital tools
• Professional, proactive, and patient-focused
