A growing medical aesthetics platform in the Southeast US is looking for a driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial professional to help lead its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants more than a traditional finance or business development position, with hands-on responsibility across acquisitions, financial operations, strategic planning, and new-location growth.
Working closely with senior leadership, the Board, banks, and capital partners, you’ll have direct exposure to the decisions shaping the business. For the right person, this role offers a path toward senior leadership in business development or corporate finance, with the potential to grow into a CFO-level position or other strategic leadership opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Growth
- Support inorganic growth initiatives, including acquisition sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and transaction execution.
- Analyze potential acquisitions, financial performance, market opportunities, and growth strategies.
- Partner with leadership on M&A strategy, business planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Support new-location launches, including project management and design-build coordination.
- Help identify opportunities to improve performance and scale a multi-site services business.
Corporate Finance & Financial Operations
- Support core finance processes, including accounts payable, payroll, month-end close, financial statements, and audit readiness.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support business decisions, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.
- Work with internal and external partners to maintain financial accuracy, reporting discipline, and operational efficiency.
- Present financial insights and growth opportunities to senior leadership and capital partners.
What You Bring
- A strong academic and professional foundation in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, management consulting, corporate finance, or business development with an acquisitive, multi-site services company.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Exposure to M&A, financial due diligence, budgeting, forecasting, or strategic planning.
- A willingness to get hands-on with financial operations while contributing to larger strategic initiatives.
- Experience in healthcare services, medical aesthetics, multi-site healthcare, or another services-based business is highly desirable.
- Experience with multi-site operations, performance marketing, accounting, or de novo launches is a plus.
Who Thrives Here
- You’re ambitious, hardworking, humble, and honest, with a track record of taking on greater responsibility.
- You’re a self-starter who can solve problems, learn quickly, and operate with a high level of accountability.
- You bring strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.
- You’re coachable, intellectually curious, and comfortable with a steep learning curve.
- You’re motivated by performance, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.
- You understand that flexibility in location and schedule comes with high expectations, a fast pace, and a willingness to put in additional hours when business demands require it.
What’s in It for You?
- A high-visibility role with meaningful exposure to executive leadership, the Board, banks, and capital providers.
- A balanced opportunity to contribute to both acquisition-driven growth and corporate finance.
- A clear development path toward leadership in business development, finance, or broader corporate strategy.
- Competitive, performance-driven compensation, with flexibility to structure the package for the right candidate.
- Equity participation opportunities.
- The opportunity to help shape the growth of an expanding medical aesthetics platform.
If you’re looking for a role that combines finance, acquisitions, and business-building, and you want a seat at the table as a company grows, we’d love to hear from you.
