An established dental healthcare organization with five practices in Texas and Hawaii is searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Operations Leader to work directly with its owner.

⭐ Your Impact

You'll become a key partner to ownership, helping manage executive responsibilities and maintain operational efficiency across multiple locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Executive Partnership: Organize calendars, meetings, correspondence, and essential executive follow-ups.
• Business Operations: Coordinate projects across five dental practices, track deadlines, and keep priorities moving.
• Patient & Employee Relations: Help address escalated concerns and facilitate communication among teams.
• Compliance Coordination: Monitor HIPAA, OSHA, training, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Recruitment & HR: Assist with job advertisements, candidate interviews, and administrative personnel matters.
• Facilities & Vendors: Follow up on purchasing, equipment repairs, maintenance requests, and service providers.
• Financial Administration: Coordinate business information and communications with CPAs and outside advisers.
• Technology: Learn Dentrix Ascend, use modern digital tools, and identify ways to simplify processes.

🎯 The Experience You Bring

Healthcare administration, healthcare operations, or executive support experience within healthcare is REQUIRED.

We're particularly interested in professionals who have supported a CEO, owner, or senior executive and can demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to handle changing priorities.

You should be comfortable with Google Workspace and business technology, communicate clearly, respect confidentiality, and work independently while collaborating with established leadership.

Candidates must live in the greater San Antonio area.

Dental industry experience and familiarity with Dentrix Ascend are advantages, but neither is mandatory.
