Goodwin Recruiting is partnering with an established, quality-driven restaurant concept seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and help drive continued success.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to balance operational excellence, financial performance, and a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and operational expenses.
• Drive sales growth while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
• Maintain food safety standards, health department compliance, and company policies.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and build lasting guest relationships.
• Create a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual, high-volume, or quality-driven restaurant concepts.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food costs, labor management, and inventory controls.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain successful restaurant teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Manager-level food safety certification or ability to obtain the required certification.
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
