Assistant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen supervisory or culinary experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to maintain and enforce cleaning and sanitation schedules
• Skills in food cost control, inventory management, and ordering processes

Assistant Kitchen Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with sanitation standards
