Director of Venues – We are currently interviewing for a Director of Venues for a nightclub and restaurant in Tampa. We are looking for a strong candidate who can take a leadership position – a confident leader who is looking to join a solid, growing company. We off a great starting salary and an extraordinary opportunity to advance within the company. Nightclub experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on — This position will require you to be a team player who leads by example
- Understands P&L budgets
- Store, inventories, ordering, handling cash, and reports
- Employee training and development – Culture
- Creates lasting customer relationships
- Loves nightlife action and has experience with strong beverage programs
Qualifications:
- A Respectful Leader, sound decision-maker, financially astute business mind
- A tenured leader
- Strong attention to the details, no clipboards (we lead by example), and a commitment to amazing guest service
