Director of Clinical Operations

A growing, patient-centered concierge medical practice is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to help oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of a high-touch outpatient practice in Soho. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys improving processes, supporting providers, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations, including referrals, prior authorizations, imaging, and care coordination
• Lead and mentor a team of care coordinators while improving workflows and operational efficiency
• Build relationships with specialists, hospitals, imaging centers, and pharmacy partners
• Develop and implement standardized processes to support a seamless patient experience
• Collaborate closely with physician leadership to optimize clinical operations and patient care

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license required; NP or PA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient, urgent care, emergency, or similar setting
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong background in referrals, insurance authorizations, and care coordination
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience navigating the New York healthcare system preferred
