Are you a creative mixologist who loves pushing boundaries and crafting extraordinary cocktails? We’re seeking a talented Craft Cocktail & Beverage Development Specialist to help create a distinctive luxury beverage experience through imaginative, beautifully balanced cocktails and sophisticated mocktails.

This is a unique opportunity to bring whimsical, outside-the-box ideas to life in a luxurious, escape-inspired setting.

This is not a traditional bar management role—and there are no late nights! The focus is on creativity, beverage development, vendor partnerships, and profitability.

What You’ll Do

• Create original, memorable cocktails and mocktails that elevate the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and present new beverage concepts to ownership.
• Apply strong knowledge of tequila, mezcal, agave spirits, and craft cocktail techniques.
• Build vendor relationships and source premium spirits, specialty ingredients, and innovative products.
• Manage recipe costing and beverage cost percentages while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Develop standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in craft cocktails, mixology, or beverage development.
• Strong tequila, mezcal, and spirits knowledge.
• Creativity, a passion for innovation, and an eye for presentation.
• Understanding of beverage costing, margins, and profitability.
• Strong vendor relationship, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
