Facilities Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a Maintenance or Facilities manager role
- Ability to work on-premises every day with flexibility for weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
- Commitment to food safety and guest safety standards
- Professional demeanor with resourcefulness to address issues independently
Facilities Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and track upkeep activities
- Perform general handyman tasks to maintain safe and functional facilities
- Monitor and address food safety and guest safety concerns promptly
- Adapt to schedule changes and provide reliable support during weekends
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high operational standards
