We are seeking an experienced Luxury Bridal Sales Manager to join an established luxury bridal boutique in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, sales-driven bridal professional who understands the highly personalized experience that comes with helping a bride select her wedding gown.
The ideal candidate has direct experience selling bridal gowns in the NYC market and comes from a luxury bridal boutique or comparable high-end designer environment. This individual should be confident building relationships, closing sales, and delivering an elevated, white-glove client experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive bridal gown sales while consistently meeting and exceeding individual and boutique sales goals
- Lead personalized bridal appointments and guide clients through the gown selection process
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional luxury experience
- Develop repeat and referral business through outstanding service and follow-up
- Maintain detailed knowledge of bridal collections, fabrics, silhouettes, fit, and customization options
- Support day-to-day boutique operations and uphold luxury presentation and service standards
- Partner with boutique leadership and team members to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain client relationships throughout the entire bridal journey
- Represent the brand with professionalism, sophistication, and discretion
Qualifications
- Prior bridal gown sales experience required
- NYC bridal market experience strongly preferred
- Experience within a luxury bridal boutique, designer showroom, or comparable high-end environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Exceptional client service and relationship-building abilities
- Polished and professional with experience serving a discerning luxury clientele
- Strong understanding of bridal gowns, fit, fabrics, alterations, and the bridal sales process
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, high-touch sales environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $27/hour, based on experience
- 3% commission, with commission percentage increasing based on sales performance
