We’re searching for a hands-on Bilingual Housekeeping Manager to lead the cleanliness, presentation, and daily housekeeping operations of a premier luxury spa and wellness destination. This is a highly visible leadership role in an environment where exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail are critical to the guest experience. Housekeeping Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a full-service hotel or meeting venue
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to lead and develop a team of 10+ direct reports
- Confident and competent in guest-facing situations
- Shows meticulous attention to detail. Team player and collaborative partner.
- Strong time management skills
