Executive Chef | Boston, MA

A growing Boston restaurant group is looking for an accomplished and hands-on Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for one of our restaurants.

We currently operate two well-loved neighborhood establishments and are excited to continue building a company known for great food, genuine hospitality, and a strong team culture.

We’re looking for a Chef who is equally comfortable leading a team, managing the business, and working the line. This is not a clipboard position — we want a leader who is in the kitchen, sets the standard, and inspires the team through their presence.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in an Executive Chef or comparable culinary leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Passion for great food and hospitality
• A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and being part of the action

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the restaurant’s culinary operations and P&L
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop a talented kitchen team
• Create a positive, accountable, and collaborative kitchen culture
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team during service — no clipboard chefs
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, food costs, labor, and kitchen operations
• Develop and maintain recipes, systems, and culinary standards
• Partner with the restaurant leadership team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
