We are seeking an experienced and polished General Manager to lead fine-dining restaurant helmed by a Michelin-starred chef. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who understands elevated service, has a strong presence on the floor, and thrives in a sophisticated, high-touch restaurant environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience, with significant fine-dining experience
• Previous General Manager or senior management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Strong understanding of elevated French dining, hospitality, and service
• Proven ability to lead and develop a FOH team while maintaining exceptionally high service standards
• Hands-on floor leader with excellent guest engagement and service recovery skills
• Strong operational knowledge, including scheduling, labor management, inventory, purchasing, and financial controls
• Polished, professional, and confident presence with excellent communication skills
• Ability to partner closely with an accomplished culinary team and support the vision of a Michelin-starred chef
• Stable career history and a genuine interest in building a long-term relationship with the restaurant and team

Preferred Background & Skills

• Strong food and wine knowledge
• Experience with VIP clientele, private events, and high-touch hospitality
• Experience leading a restaurant of similar size and service level
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance hospitality, team development, and financial performance
