We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations for an established and dynamic hospitality organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a multifaceted environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of a business.
The Director of Operations will serve as a key liaison between ownership and the broader team, providing leadership across multiple departments while ensuring strong communication, accountability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a broad hospitality background and the ability to move comfortably between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive hospitality or restaurant operations leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience managing complex operations with multiple departments or functions
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, staffing, service, and financial performance
- Proven ability to work directly with ownership or senior leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on operational involvement
- Highly reliable, accountable, and proactive
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust throughout an organization
- Ability to work primarily on-site with flexibility based on business needs
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a complex hospitality, restaurant, event, entertainment, or service environment
- Multi-unit or multi-department operational experience
- Experience overseeing a sizable team
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial or owner-operated environment
- Background that demonstrates exposure to multiple areas of hospitality rather than a narrowly specialized career path
- Experience working closely with ownership and acting as a trusted operational partner
- Experience with events, sales, marketing, facilities, or other functions outside of traditional restaurant operations
- Strong business acumen and operational judgment
