We are seeking an Executive Chef for a chef-driven restaurant in the Peachtree City area. This is an opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who enjoys creating seasonal menus, developing a strong kitchen team, and delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily kitchen operations, with a focus on food quality, presentation, timing, and consistency.
• Develop seasonal menus and maintain recipes and production standards.
• Build relationships with local suppliers and source quality ingredients.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop the culinary team.
• Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
• Partner with front-of-house leadership to support smooth service and respond to guest feedback.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and equipment care.

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience preferred.
• Strong cooking skills and the ability to lead by example during service.
• Experience with menu development, cost controls, inventory, and team development.
• Clear communication, sound judgment under pressure, and a collaborative leadership style.
• Food Handler or Food Safety certification.

This is a full-time leadership position averaging approximately 55 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. If you’re ready to take ownership of a culinary program and help a team grow, we’d like to hear from you.
