District Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $80,000–$90,000
- Strong performance-based bonus paid quarterly

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a multi-unit or district manager role overseeing 5 or more stores
- Proven track record of strong results with a solid work history
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to teach, coach, and drive results
- Strong work ethic and positive, winning attitude
- Ability to develop leaders through a servant leadership approach
- Availability to work 7 days per week as needed
District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Travel regularly throughout the Bay Area to support multiple locations
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams
- Jump in to address problems and ensure smooth operations
- Drive business results through coaching and operational execution
- Foster a positive, results-driven culture with a hands-on leadership approach
