Project Manager, Meetings & Incentives – Key Accounts (Fully Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Meetings & Events who can step in and independently manage complex corporate meetings and incentive programs from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys managing multiple programs simultaneously, and understands the details required to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Own multiple corporate meetings and incentive programs from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation
• Serve as a primary client contact, managing expectations, timelines, deliverables, and ongoing program communication
• Manage detailed program logistics including hotel room blocks, attrition, food and beverage, BEOs, air and ground transportation, attendee manifests, and on-site operations
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, program specifications, run-of-show documents, and client communications
• Source and manage hotels, venues, DMCs, transportation providers, production partners, and other third-party vendors
• Develop, track, and reconcile program budgets, invoices, vendor payments, and final financial reporting
• Manage multiple programs and competing deadlines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and a high level of client service
• Travel approximately 40% for site visits, program execution, and client events

• Strong financial acumen with hands-on budget development and reconciliation experience
• Ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and remain composed during live programs
• Comfortable managing multiple complex programs at different stages of planning
• Collaborative, proactive, and accountable working style
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with event and project management technology such as Cvent, Monday.com, and Slack

Project Manager Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on corporate meetings and incentive program management experience
• Demonstrated experience personally managing programs from initial planning through final reconciliation
• Strong experience with hotel room blocks, travel and transportation logistics, F&B/BEO management, vendor sourcing, and on-site execution
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client programs
• Corporate meetings, incentive travel, sales meetings, executive programs, or similar high-touch event experience strongly preferred
• Agency, meetings management, or comparable multi-client environment experience strongly preferred
• CMP certification preferred
• Fully remote position with approximately 40% travel
