Client Relationship Manager – Life & Health Insurance
New Jersey | Hybrid/Field | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Already licensed in Life & Health Insurance and tired of spending your time cold calling for new business?
This opportunity gives you an established portfolio of clients from day one. Your focus is building relationships, conducting annual coverage reviews, helping individuals and families understand their options, and identifying additional insurance needs within your existing book.

What We’re Looking For
- Active New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation for client appointments
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships independently
- Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with life and health insurance, supplemental insurance, voluntary benefits, employee benefits, Medicare, benefits enrollment, or financial services is a plus.
What You’ll Do
You’ll manage an existing portfolio of clients, conduct annual coverage reviews, educate clients on life, disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and supplemental insurance products, and recommend solutions based on their individual and family needs.
