Are you a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoys being part of the action? We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily service operations and lead a team committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, maintaining high service standards, and working alongside their team on the restaurant floor. The right individual will bring strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct front-of-house operations throughout each shift to ensure an organized and enjoyable dining experience
• Lead and motivate servers, hosts, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members
• Establish clear expectations for service, hospitality, appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Build effective staff schedules based on anticipated business levels and operational needs
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training front-of-house employees
• Provide regular coaching and feedback while addressing performance concerns appropriately
• Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor and step in wherever needed to support the team
• Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints while ensuring appropriate service recovery
• Work closely with kitchen leadership to maintain strong communication and efficient service
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and keep employees informed of daily priorities and restaurant updates
• Monitor staffing and labor levels while making adjustments throughout the shift as needed
• Support cash-handling procedures, opening and closing responsibilities, and other daily administrative duties
• Ensure the restaurant consistently meets company standards for cleanliness, safety, and service
• Assist with high-volume periods, private events, large parties, and other special operational needs
• Promote a positive team culture built around accountability, communication, and respect

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing front-of-house employees
• Strong understanding of restaurant service, staffing, and daily operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively resolve guest and employee concerns
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with employee scheduling and labor management
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe and/or RAMP certification is a plus
