General Manager Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $80k-$90k with a structured monthly bonus

General Manager Background & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-service, scratch restaurant, General Manager experience
- Tenured History – no more than 3 employers in 5 years
- Background in upscale casual restaurant environments – Country Club, Hotel, or Contract Food Service backgrounds are NOT a fit
- Proven success leading high-volume operations with $4M+ in annual sales
- Demonstrated leadership through accountability and motivation
- Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
- Proven success in developing managers and hourly employees to the highest standards
- Valid ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Strong Wine knowledge
