A growing restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Director of Training and Development to strengthen restaurant leadership capabilities, operational consistency, and financial performance. This hands-on role combines restaurant operations, management development, training, field coaching, and performance improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced restaurant operator who can connect day-to-day restaurant decisions to business results and turn operational opportunities into practical training and development solutions.

Director of Training and Development Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant management training and development programs.
• Develop training materials, tools, SOPs, and certifications.
• Conduct field visits, operational inspections, and leadership coaching.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Connect restaurant operations, P&L performance, and business results.

• 7–10+ years of progressive restaurant operations experience.
• Experience as a GM, Area Manager, Operations Manager, or Training Manager.
• Strong restaurant P&L and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to develop and coach restaurant leaders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
