We are seeking an experienced, dynamic General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale dining destination located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, GA. This is an opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader to build a strong culture and elevate the guest experience, with a significant private dining and events business. The ideal leader is highly visible, guest-facing, creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about developing people while driving strong operational and financial performance.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead all restaurant operations while maintaining an active, highly visible presence on the floor
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing FOH and BOH leadership team
  • Create a positive, accountable culture centered around hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee high-volume daily service along with private dining, special events, and large-scale functions
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH and BOH execution
  • Develop relationships with guests, regulars, community partners, and local businesses
  • Identify creative opportunities to grow revenue, private dining, events, and overall restaurant performance
  • Manage P&L performance, labor costs, budgeting, forecasting, and overall profitability

General Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience with 3–5+ years as a General Manager
  • Proven success managing a high-volume upscale restaurant, ideally generating $6M+ in annual revenue
  • Strong private dining, events, or banquet experience
  • Strong P&L knowledge with experience managing labor, costs, budgets, and profitability
  • Ability to thrive in an event-driven environment with significant fluctuations in volume
  • Creative, forward-thinking approach to restaurant operations and revenue growth
  • ServSafe Manager Certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
