We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Front of House leader to join our team. This opportunity will be fun and energizing, and we are looking to get you started immediately.
FOH Mgr Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading A+ shifts.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.
FOH Mgr Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
FOH Mgr Benefits:
- Base salary of $70 to $80K plus substantial bonus.
