A Casual Dining establishment has an immediate need for an amazing General Manager to lead and guide the team. This individual will be the driving force in keeping the culture of the restaurant alive and vibrant, and upholding the service and standards of the brand.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- High standards for quality of food and service
- Train, coach, and develop the team and lead by example
- Supervise and coordinate all FOH and BOH activities
- Lead community involvement
General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a casual dining General Manager role
- Sales-driven, attention to detail, and guest-focused
- Hands-on Leadership style
- Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
