Restaurant Manager
Boston, MA | Confidential Fine-Dining Restaurant Group
$80,000 Base + Up to 15% Bonus
A highly regarded fine-dining restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its Boston team. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, hands-on leader with high-volume restaurant experience and a passion for exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant and floor operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Maintain exceptional service and hospitality standards
- Partner with culinary and management teams on execution, revenue, and cost control
- Manage guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain SOPs, safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- High-volume restaurant experience required
- Strong food, beverage, and hospitality background
- Polished, energetic, and professional leadership style
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 base salary
- Up to 15% annual bonus potential
