Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience working in high-volume, fast-casual or full-service scratch kitchens
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills
Kitchen Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of all kitchen staff
- Inspire and motivate the team to uphold the highest food quality standards
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols
- Manage labor and food costs to achieve operational targets
