Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Day-to-day operations for the front of the house with a focus on quality, consistency
• Places guest satisfaction as THE priority
• Strong Leader – Needs to uphold standards with the team and implement systems
• Ability to train, develop, and communicate effectively
• Problem Solver – can effectively lead the team, thinking positively and proactively to handle any obstacles and solve potential issues that may arise

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Experience – 3 or more years of relevant experience
• Passionate About the Industry – You must have an ownership mentality and manage employees while ensuring guests are always number one!
• Experience with Volume – Full-service experience managing at least $2.5 million in annual sales
• Must bring positive, high energy to the team and bring great ideas
