We’re seeking a hands-on Director of Culinary Operations to partner with the Executive Chef and oversee culinary operations, team performance, and quality standards. From weddings and milestone celebrations to corporate gatherings and non-profit galas, every occasion is executed with exceptional attention to detail and culinary excellence.

Salary + Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($100K–$110K, DOE)

Role + Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a high-volume luxury venue

• Lead, train, schedule, and develop the culinary team

• Oversee labor, purchasing, inventory, food cost, and operational efficiency

• Ensure consistent culinary quality, presentation, safety, and execution

• Collaborate with event and management teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements + Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role; luxury hospitality required

• Strong knowledge of union operations and Local 6 collective bargaining requirements is required

• Proven experience managing labor, purchasing, inventory, and food costs

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly service-oriented environment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
