We are seeking a decisive, hands-on FOH Manager ready to take ownership of a fast-paced restaurant operation and make a meaningful impact. This leader will strengthen operations, establish clear standards, hold the team accountable, and drive consistent execution.

You’ll join a locally owned, community-minded restaurant group where your leadership will have a direct impact. The ideal candidate enjoys rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, developing people, and taking an operation to the next level. What You'll Do

  • Lead daily FOH operations and deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Manage, coach, and develop FOH Shift Leads and Team Members.
  • Establish accountability and consistently enforce company standards and procedures.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Address employee concerns, guest issues, and operational challenges.
  • Manage labor, cash handling, inventory, POS systems, and overall operational performance.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, OLCC, and workplace safety standards.
  • Partner with kitchen leadership, HR, and senior operations leadership.
  • Foster a team environment built on hospitality, teamwork, respect, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of progressive restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience with direct responsibility for teams and operations.
  • 2+ years of experience managing union or represented employees preferred.
  • Experience with grievances, corrective action, labor-management communication, and represented-employee matters.
  • High-volume restaurant leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong conflict-resolution, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to hold people accountable.
  • Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC permit required.
