A Luxury Hotel is seeking an Executive Chef to lead their culinary team in the Virginia/DC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, menu creation, banquets and casual dining.
Chef Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus for Restaurant
- Oversee all culinary outlets on the property
- Train and develop the culinary team, ensuring a positive work environment
- Work alongside the General Manager to create top-notch experiences for guests
Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years as an Executive Chef at Hotel
- Heavy banquet and multi-unit experience with large, upscale hotels
