Area Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of multi-unit management experience
- Background managing QSR concepts required
- ServeSafe certification
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Proven teamwork and strong work ethic
- Professional, respectful demeanor
Area Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior experience guiding General Managers on performance metrics
- Strong understanding of P&L and operational excellence
- Coaching and motivational leadership approach
Area Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor General Managers to achieve outstanding operational performance
- Drive top-line sales, lead local marketing efforts, and support community events
- Hold teams accountable to established brand and operational standards
- Analyze and communicate P&L metrics to ensure sustained profitability
- Encourage teamwork with a positive, hands-on approach
