Restaurant Assistant Manager – Grow Into Full-Service Dining
Ready to take your restaurant management career to the next level? We’re looking for an Assistant Manager with fast-food, QSR, or fast-casual management experience who is ready to expand their skills and transition into full-service casual dining.
Full-service experience is NOT required. If you have strong leadership skills, understand restaurant operations, and want to grow professionally, we’ll provide the training and support to help you make the transition.
Restaurant Assistant Manager – What We Offer

Restaurant Assistant Manager – What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in fast food, QSR, fast casual, or a similar high-volume environment
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Desire to learn full-service restaurant operations and hospitality
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, hands-on leader who values integrity, accountability, and teamwork
Restaurant Assistant Manager – What You’ll Do
- Learn and support both Front-of-House and Back-of-House full-service operations
- Lead daily operations while driving guest satisfaction, quality, and sales
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Build your knowledge of P&L management, labor, food costs, and key restaurant KPIs
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and operational execution
