Restaurant Manager – Growing Restaurant Group

Salary: $60,000–$72,000 + Bonus

A rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking an energetic, hands-on Restaurant Manager. We are looking for a hospitality-driven leader who enjoys developing employees, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting successful daily operations.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards
  • Train, coach, and develop hourly team members
  • Support scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company standards
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Create a positive culture built around teamwork and accountability

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • Restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial understanding of labor, inventory, and cost controls
  • Hands-on, guest-focused management style
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • ServSafe certification preferred
