Manufacturing sales General Manager – North America

Location: Sinking Spring, PA | On-Site

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 + Performance Bonus

A global industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a General Manager to lead and grow its North American business. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with full P&L responsibility, ownership of commercial growth, and the long-term opportunity to help establish a North American manufacturing operation.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the North American revenue plan, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, margins, and overall P&L.
• Lead sales through direct accounts, manufacturers’ representatives, and distribution partners.
• Develop relationships with consulting engineers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and strategic customers.
• Lead, develop, and expand the existing team while building the organization for future growth.
• Partner with global leadership on product development, engineering, manufacturing, and market strategy.
• Help develop the strategy for a future North American production and manufacturing operation.
• Represent the organization at industry events and build strong customer and industry relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven general management or P&L leadership experience within an industrial B2B environment.
• Track record selling engineered capital equipment, technical systems, or similar products through consultative sales cycles.
• Experience building and scaling teams and organizations.
• Background in dehumidification, industrial HVAC, air handling, process cooling, or related thermal/process equipment strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing or operations experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America and periodically internationally.
