Restaurant Floor Manager – Southern New Hampshire
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + Bonus, Benefits & Growth Opportunity
We are seeking a high-energy Floor Manager for a busy, high-volume restaurant in Southern New Hampshire. This role is ideal for a natural host who thrives on the floor, loves connecting with guests, and knows how to create an atmosphere people want to return to.
The right person has a polished, professional presence with a true “life of the party” personality—outgoing, engaging, confident, and able to make every guest feel like a VIP.
Floor Manager Requirements:
- Experience managing a high-volume restaurant
- Extremely guest-driven with a genuine passion for hospitality
- High-energy, outgoing, and highly visible on the floor
- Warm, engaging, and comfortable building relationships with regulars
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused during demanding services
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
