Assistant Housekeeping Manager | Sophisticated Hotel Setting

$55,000–$65,000 + Excellent Benefits

A respected high-end hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join a collaborative, high-performing team that takes genuine pride in its people, its facility, and the guest experience.

This role is ideal for a hospitality leader known for consistency, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to daily operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining immaculate guest rooms and public spaces while supporting, developing, and motivating a dedicated housekeeping team.

What you’ll do

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

• Lead with a visible, hands-on presence, assisting with inspections, room readiness, and service recovery

• Coach, train, and support housekeeping associates to ensure consistent luxury standards

• Partner closely with Front Office, Engineering, and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations

• Support labor planning, inventory control, and laundry operations based on business levels

• Address guest needs with professionalism, ownership, and care

• Reinforce safety, sanitation, and sustainability practices

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience; supervisory or management experience preferred

• Experience in luxury, boutique, or full-service hotel environments strongly valued

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred

• Strong organizational skills with a detail-driven mindset

• Guest-focused approach with sound judgment and problem-solving ability
