General Manager –

A leading quick-service restaurant group is seeking an experienced general manager to take the helm at a high-volume location. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader ready to drive performance, develop people, and shape a thriving customer-focused culture. With annual volume of

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant general manager experience in a high-volume quick-service or fast-casual environment
  • Proven ability managing operations with at least $3M in annual restaurant revenue
  • Strong leadership and people development skills, with a track record of team building and promotions from within
  • Confident in full P&L ownership, labor controls, and food cost management
  • Expertise in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or formal training a plus
  • Hands-on leadership approach and willingness to be present on the floor

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience working within the McDonald’s system is highly desirable
  • Energetic, positive leader who balances accountability with high team morale
  • Strong record in operationally intense environments

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall restaurant operations, ensuring high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and crew team
  • Analyze and act on financial and operational reports to drive sales and profitability
  • Maintain labor, food, inventory, and cost controls
  • Foster a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for both customers and staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation expectations
  • Build a positive, high-performance restaurant culture through clear communication and hands-on leadership
