We are seeking an experienced Ticket Operations Manager to oversee all facets of ticketing operations across venues, events, and festivals. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will play a key role in managing ticketing systems, reporting, inventory, fulfillment, box office operations, and event-day guest services.

Ticketing Operations Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Ticketing Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage events within the organization's ticketing platforms, ensuring accurate event setup, inventory, pricing, and configuration
  • Partner with ticketing providers and internal leadership to maximize system functionality, sales opportunities, marketing capabilities, analytics, and industry best practices
  • Establish and maintain ticketing procedures, internal controls, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and accountability across financial and operational data
  • Work closely with Finance and management to prepare and distribute ticket sales, inventory, fulfillment, and financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Coordinate ticket fulfillment for internal needs, sponsors, VIPs, season ticket holders, group sales, artists, guests, and other approved ticket requests
  • Support festival and event leadership with additional ticketing initiatives, including onsite box office management, accreditation, order fulfillment, and event-week operations

Ticketing Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in event ticketing, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior box office or ticket operations leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to develop and implement ticketing policies, procedures, controls, schedules, and operational processes, including experience launching or establishing box office operations
  • Strong background in ticket sales, inventory management, event fulfillment, reporting, staff training, guest relations, and day-of-event operations
  • Experience with Ticketmaster Host, TM1, and/or Front Gate is highly preferred, particularly with event creation, sales management, fulfillment, and reporting
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, guest-facing environment and willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules
